1. Acceptance of these terms

Match statuses such as First Half, Half Time, Second Half, Extra Time, After Extra Time, Penalties, Full Time, Postponed, Cancelled or Abandoned are based on available provider records.

FalconScores should not be used as the sole source for emergency, safety, broadcasting, ticketing or professional match-operation decisions.

7. Predictions, tips, analysis and confidence ratings

FalconScores may display football predictions, match analysis, statistical tips, outcome percentages and confidence categories such as Low, Medium or High.

Prediction information may consider available factors such as:

• Goals scored and conceded.
• Clean-sheet records.

Unless an account-based feature is introduced, follows are normally device-specific and may disappear when local browser data is removed.

8.3 Match polls

FalconScores may provide non-monetary fan polls for visitors to express an opinion about a home win, draw, away win or another supported match question.

Poll percentages represent user opinions. They do not represent official match probabilities or guaranteed results.

FalconScores may use sessions, browser identifiers, hashed network information, timestamps and rate limits to reduce duplicate, abusive or automated voting.

Fan polls do not involve prizes, stakes, deposits, withdrawals, odds or financial rewards.

9. Acceptable use

You may use FalconScores for lawful personal, educational and informational purposes in accordance with these terms.
